Milana is our chief technician, with over 14 years experience in the medical field. Milana was born and raised in Sochi, Russia, where she obtained her cosmetology license and nursing degree. After working there for three years, she moved to the US and obtained several more certifications, including her certification in laser hair removal. In addition to her love of helping people, Milana feels a strong desire to be the best at what she does. Those who receive treatments from Milana can rest assured they are in gentle, experienced, and determined hands.




Dr. Natasha Trosman, Board Certified Medical Director, MD

"Medicine is more than an occupation for me." I am the third generation of physicians in my family. Graduated from Medical School in Russia and completed Family Medicine residency in the United States where I choose to practice medicine with the emphasis on my patients needs and wishes.

Jessica is a licensed paramedical aesthetician certified in chemicals exfoliations and microdermabrasion. She has been interested in skin care since a very young age due to her own skin issues. Jessica offers complimentary consultations and will customize a treatment plan according to individualized needs to achieve optimal results. Jessica’s goal is to help everyone achieve their ideal skin through spa treatments and at-home care. She continues to educate herself in the latest skincare treatments and products.

 

 

 

 

Lainie Benson, Licenesed Paramedical Aesthetician

jessica-favatellaLainie joined our team this past year and brings along with year a lot of knowledge of hair removal, wrinkle rejuvenation, removal of blemishes etc. She is a licensed paramedical Aesthetician with many other certifcations with the newest skincare treatments. She offers complimentry consultations and aims for the results your looking for. She keeps herself updated with the newest skin care and laser treatment. Her goal is to help her clients accomplish the “image” their looking for, and help them to feel comfortable in their own skin. She enjoys helping others and does her best to make them happy. Lainie was born and raised right here in Denver, she loves spending time with her family and loves the mountains.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Svetlana, Front Desk Coordinator

svetlana1Svetlana is our front desk coordinator at Zap Laser Center. She has been with us since February of 2009. Svetlana provides our clients with great customer service and creates a comfortable environment for everyone. She is helpful in assisting client's with questions, scheduling, and general information about our services.

Svetlana is currently attending college, focused on graduating with an accounting major in 2012. She gets pleasure out of working with people and continues to broaden her knowledge within the beauty industry.
