Milana is our chief technician, with over 14 years experience in the medical field. Milana was born and raised in Sochi, Russia, where she obtained her cosmetology license and nursing degree. After working there for three years, she moved to the US and obtained several more certifications, including her certification in laser hair removal. In addition to her love of helping people, Milana feels a strong desire to be the best at what she does. Those who receive treatments from Milana can rest assured they are in gentle, experienced, and determined hands.

Dr. Natasha Trosman, Board Certified Medical Director, MD

"Medicine is more than an occupation for me." I am the third generation of physicians in my family. Graduated from Medical School in Russia and completed Family Medicine residency in the United States where I choose to practice medicine with the emphasis on my patients needs and wishes.

Ashley Ackerson, Certified Medical Aesthetician, ashley1sCMA

Ashley is our Clinic Manager, Paramedical Aesthetician and is a Certified Laser Hair Removal Specialist in Denver. She brings over five years of experience in the medical skincare industry and has taken numerous advanced education courses in chemical exfoliation, laser rejuvenation and microdermabrasion. Ashley always offers complimentary consultations with each patient and will customize a treatment plan according to individualized needs. She continuously takes courses and educates herself in the latest skincare treatment trends.

Arlene, Certified Medical Aesthetician, CMA

Arlene is a licensed Prarmedical Aesthetician and is also certified in laser hair removal, bringing over 4 years of experience to Zap.  Along with those certifications, she’s also taken extentsive courses in chemical exfoliation, microdermabrasion, and skin rejuvenation.  Having dealt with bouts of acne as a teen, Arlene is determined to meet the desires and needs of each client.  Her main priority is to make you feel comfortable and provide realistic solutions to each and every concern.

 

Svetlana, Front Desk Coordinator

svetlanaSvetlana is our front desk coordinator at Zap Laser Center. She has been with us since February of 2009. Svetlana provides our clients with great customer service and creates a comfortable environment for everyone. She is helpful in assisting client's with questions, scheduling, and general information about our services.

Svetlana is currently attending college, focused on graduating with an accounting major in 2012. She gets pleasure out of working with people and continues to broaden her knowledge within the beauty industry.
