Our Story

Comfort, confidentiality and experience are of the utmost importance.

Each new client meeting begins with a free personal consultation that includes the creation of an individualized service plan and a free skin patch test to help determine the appropriate treatment. Typically, treatments can begin immediately.

We are a full service Med-Spa with affordable “pay as you go package pricing” that accommodates everyone’s budget.

This allows our clients the flexibility of performing services when they want, and as their individual budget allows. Milana Markarian, Zap Laser’s lead technician explained, “We believe in allowing our customers the flexibility to choose what is best for them. If we only allowed them to purchase packages of our services, they may not use or need all of the services that they purchased in a package.”

Meet Our Amazing Staff

Michelle Paczosa D.O.

Dr. Michelle Paczosa is board certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing since 1997. She earned her undergraduate degree from University of Colorado, Boulder and attended Western Health Science University in Pomona, California where she earned her medical degree and graduated with honors. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver, Colorado.

She is currently in private practice in Greeley, Colorado.

Dr. Paczosa has a passion for wellness and caring for the whole person. She has continued her medical education with extensive training in Aesthetic Medicine throughout the United States.

Milana Markarian

Chief Technician

Milana has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. Milana was born and raised in Sochi, Russia, where she obtained her cosmetology license and nursing degree. After working there for three years, she moved to the US and obtained several more certifications, including her certification in laser hair removal.

In addition to her love of helping people, Milana feels a strong desire to be the best at what she does. Those who receive treatments from Milana can rest assured they are in gentle, experienced, and determined hands.

Elizabeth Markarian

Certified Laser Specialist, Certified Aesthetician

Elizabeth is the second generation to join us at Zap Laser Center. She has brought a lot of knowledge about laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation. She’s a licensed laser tech with many more certifications. She offers complimentary consultations and aims for the results you’re looking for.

She keeps herself updated with the newest skincare and laser treatments through on-going continuing education. Her goal is to help her clients accomplish the “image” they’re looking for and help them feel comfortable in their own skin..

Jessica Favatella-Hendrickson

Certified and Licensed Medical Aesthetician, CMA

Jessica is a licensed paramedical aesthetician certified in chemicals exfoliations, microdermabrasion, dermal planning and micro channeling. She has been interested in skin care since a very young age due to her own skin issues.

Jessica offers complimentary consultations and will customize a treatment plan according to individualized needs to achieve optimal results. Jessica’s goal is to help everyone achieve their ideal skin through spa treatments and at-home care. She continues to educate herself in the latest skincare treatments and products.

Yelena

Yelena is the newest addition to the Zap family. She graduated from Pickens College with an esthetician degree. Yelena is detail-oriented and she is very welcoming and wants everyone to feel comfortable. She has been interested in skincare since a very young age and loves to help others by suggesting different treatments that will target clients’ needs. Yelena is certified in laser treatments.

Yelena is very outgoing, on her free time, she loves spending time with her family. Yelena is very passionate about the beauty industry and she continues to educate herself on the latest skin care treatments and products.
